Residents can access their own information. Staff access is restricted to authorised roles, assigned properties and assigned work. Resident details are not shared with other residents.

The platform uses encrypted connections, secure sessions and hashed passwords. Information is retained for service delivery and operational records. Contact Muzd to request review, correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.

Essential cookies support sign-in and language preferences. The platform does not add advertising or marketing tracking tools.
